PUBLIC OFFER
to conclude a service agreement

1. General provisions

This Public Offer contains the terms of the Agreement for the provision of informational services for personal finance tracking via the @showmecoinbot Telegram bot (the “Agreement”).

This offer is an official public proposal of the self‑employed sole proprietor Alexey Sergeevich Nalbantov (the “Contractor”), addressed to any legally capable individual (the “Customer”), to conclude the Agreement under the terms set out below.

Payment of a subscription in Telegram Stars and/or actual use of the Bot constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

• Adding and tracking expenses/income, categorization, budgets and limits
• Import of records from messages/voice/receipt photos, content recognition
• Generating reports and statistics, analytics, export (CSV, XLS, PDF)
• Reminders, recurring operations and planning

Services are provided on a subscription basis for the period shown in the Bot interface (e.g., 1 month / 6 months). The Agreement is concluded by paying the selected plan via Telegram Stars (XTR).

3. Rights and obligations of the Parties

• Contractor: provides access, confidentiality, and support.
• Customer: uses the Bot lawfully, does not share access, does not circumvent restrictions.
• The Contractor is not liable for failures of Telegram/third‑party services and force majeure.

4. Price and payment

The current subscription price is shown in the Bot; indicative values: “1 month — 150⭐”, “6 months — 600⭐”. Payment is via Telegram Stars (XTR), self‑employed tax regime, no VAT.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Stars operations are governed by Telegram rules. In case of technical errors on the Contractor’s side, possible remedies include: subscription extension, re‑provisioning of the service, or other equivalent measures subject to platform constraints. Contact: help@tbotsupport.ru.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. The total liability is limited to the cost of the paid subscription period, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

7. Miscellaneous

Changes to the terms are published in the Bot/on the landing page; paid periods remain unaffected. Disputes are resolved under the law of the Russian Federation in courts at the Contractor’s location; pre‑trial procedure — contact support.
